- ABOUT ME
Design has been my passion for over 13 years. I’ve learned that the best designs happen when creativity and practicality work together – when imagination meets what’s actually possible.
At ZXY International, I’ve had the chance to rethink how design teams work. We brought in AI tools and something interesting happened – we produce more work, but our designers have more time to do the creative thinking they love. I’m really proud of a digital asset library I built too; it turns hours of searching through files into just a few seconds.
My time at Bata was where I learned to translate rough ideas into real products. Working with manufacturing teams showed me that the most beautiful design means nothing if it can’t be made. That lesson changed how I approach everything.
I believe great design solves problems. It connects with people. My role as a leader is to bring out the best in people and build bridges between teams.
When I’m not working, I’m traveling or reading – these things always find their way back into my designs somehow.
